Hi! I'm Sophia. I am a board licensed massage therapist who is experienced in an extensive range of massage modalities, such as deep tissue, trigger point therapy, sports massage, and myofascial release.
In addition to my bodywork therapy background, I have a specialized ability to see into and work with my clients' subtle energy fields. Known as PRVH, this particular type of energy work helps free my clients from deep seated traumas and harmful patterns, blocked flow, and clear heavy, negative energies, and more, allowing room for personal power.
